WOW them for the holidays...and beyond!

Mid-November often marks the Holiday Crash Diet. The diet that you immediately put yourself on in order to 1. Prepare for the loads of delicious food you will consume at the many pre-holiday, holiday, and post-holiday festivities and 2. Prepare for the loads of friends and family you see over the holidays.
